Two Mice Fitness Solutions Mental and Physical training to continue thriving in your adventure of life. Two mice fell into a cup of cream. The first, quickly gave up and drown. He died.

He quit. The second, refused to quit, fought with all his might, and in his furious drive he churned that cream into butter and walked out. Be the 2nd mouse. We all have those two mice in us. I strive to bring out the 2nd mouse in everyone. If you want something, go get it. Fitness Solutions, workouts, better nutrition, tips, ways to conquer, anything to help. Haven't done box jumps in a while. Since Im minimizing my time at OneLife with the Fire Dept starting, I wanted to give it a go and see where I was. So naturally tried to pick up where my previous max was. 4 feet. 48 inches. Nope. So took a few steps back to remember baby bites makes the meal easier. Hit 42 inches pretty smooth. Then the same with 45 inches. Still failed at 48 though. Its OK, not a bad vertical for a 41 and a half year old bald white guy 🤷‍♂️ Especially since I haven't trained or worked towards Box Jumps in a while. Would not be possible without consistent work though.

1st day of Spring Break so B is with me at the gym. Got some extra work in between clients. Got some good sled drives, 4 sets at 25 yards. And he wanted to try the treadmill to see his top speed. Didn't get it on camera but he got up to 12.5 mph!!
