Mendoza Family Karate We are in the Fox Hill area of Hampton. We r Teaching Karate to raise money for Christian Missionari We also have classes for Kungfu "Wing Chun" ages 12 and up.

We have Karate classes for ages 2-6 "Tiny Tigers" and classes for ages 7 and up.

As Most of you know we have been forced out of our Willow Oaks Location. We would like to apologize for the inconvience! We are in the process of looking for a new location and the finances to start up again at another location. We are asking that all who will, join us in prayer over finances and location. Community Day and Free Yard Sale where everything is free, yes you read it right, everything is free. Our Home / Sending Church, Sharon Baptist Church, is holding a Community Day celebration and free yard sale tomorrow from 11:30am to 2pm located at 2625 N. Armistead Ave., Hampton VA. School Supplies and some school uniforms are available. Come enjoy food, fun, and entertainment. We hope to see you there! :-)

We had a couple more join our ranks this past week. We had a great work out Thursday and Saturday. Everyone did such a great job Saturday! We are so proud of y"all! Keep up the awesome work :-) BTW don't forget sneakers Tuesday...
