ONE MORE DAY !!!!!
September is ALMOST HERE !!!
Some of you may know that September is my Birthday Month and I try my Best to enjoy EVERY DAY in the Month ! And thanks to one of my cousins, a long standing tradition has been that the person who is having the Birthday, is the one who "Treats" ! So this September is going to be no different, except for a Twist......
See, I have noticed as I get older, my Health and Wellness has become More Important. So I want to do something that will give all who participate a chance at creating a Healthier Version of themselves. With all the Challenges I have been facing with Cluster Headaches, Sleep Apnea and just the Aging Process, I have gotten together with a couple of friends and we have created THE BRAIN BINGO CHALLENGE !
This Challenge kicks off Sunday, September 1st and I would LOVE for some of you to join in and participate. It costs NOTHING for you to join in and on top of that, you Might just win one of our Weekly Prizes !

Had a conversation recently with a fellow athlete about the Women's Open Division in Bodybuilding Competitions and then came across this photo from the 1995 AAU Mr. & Ms. America Competition, so I had to share ! There are always great memories of all the shows we would travel to just to support a fellow athlete.
