Only a few more classes before we close. Make sure you visit us today and tomorrow before the holidays. And then we will be there most of next week.

We also are getting rid of gear ,so please make sure you pick up any of your stuff by next week or it goes to the dump.

We will be at our original Hampton location for the remainder of this month.

The future is uncertain but if you want to see the forge make sure you come in during the next few weeks.

As you might have noticed we had been cross training and moving classes to a potential new gym.

We are uncertain of the future of our gym, but are making the hard choice to close our location in Hampton as of January.

We will have classes through December (probably at the Brentwood location) and hopefully we will continue classes of some degree in the future. Please message us with any questions.
