I had the honor to share a platform with several Hamptons entrepreneurs last week. One thing we all had in common is that we all unexpectedly found our niche.

This quote from the song Chandelier by B.o.B. says it perfectly. The NY Knicks put their souls into winning against the odds. They were down about 10 points in the first quarter of every game final and still managed to close out the NBA championship series in only 5 games.

How the hec did 6ft Jalen Brunson score 45 points over Victor Webenmaya who is 7ft 4in. Brunson put his heart and soul into his performance, but he also needed to believe in himself to face such a formidable opponent.

Skill alone can only get you so far. When you put your soul into your capabilities, that's where the magic happens. That's when you become unstoppable!!

Karl Anthony Towns from the NY Knicks said it the best!

The NY Knicks made the greatest comeback in NBA playoff history the other night by coming back from a 25 point deficit.

They could have given up, but they didn't g their heels in and played their hearts out to close another game for the championship.

To make your own luck, you have to work hard and take chances! The NY Knicks and MARVIL FIT have this hustle in common. That's how MARVIL FIT has made it this far. 13 years for a small indoor cycling and fitness boutique is a monumental challenge.

MARVIL FIT survived because its purpose is to bring fitness into the lives of as many people as it can reach! The Covid pandemic couldn't even take us down!

And, we sure got lucky by having the best clients any business could ever have, but behind the client loyalty lies countless hours of education, programming and planning to give clients one of the best fitness experiences they ever had.

MARVIL FIT and the NY Knicks may have had some luck, but the real luck came from the hustle. As Michael Jordan once said, "You miss πŸ’― of the shots you don't take". The reasons you tell yourself for not taking chances doesn't matter. You are still missing any chance you may have if you don't take chances and hustle!

Karl Anthony Towns from the NY Knicks said it the best!

This is what happens when a 5 foot Sicilian immigrant decides to open a fitness studio in the Hamptons.

You get a feeling of always belonging in one of the most uncomfortable spaces.

I was raised to make guests feel welcome. Added to that, I have always had a desire to make a difference in the lives of others ever since I could remember.

Somehow, I managed to make that difference in the fitness industry by helped countless people change their lives with exercise through mindset changes, weightloss and creating stronger bodies.

It's funny where life takes you, especially since all of it happened as a happy accident by a someone who started out as chubby kid that ended up with a marine biology degree.

I have helped countless people change their lives through fitness with mindset changes, weightloss and muscular development. Because I am a kinesiologist and a correction exercise specialist, I can take that a step further and add helping people develop better posture which has helped decrease some physical pain associated with muscular imbalances that they never thought they had.

With all that passion to help change the lives of others, MARVIL FIT became a little studio studio with big heart because we care more about your success more than you do! ❀️
