Topsail Pirates Football Welcome to the NEW Official Topsail Pirates Football and Cheer Facebook experience. EPCPWA is located in Hampstead, North Carolina.

Eastern Pender County Pop Warner Association is run by many community volunteers. We are part of the national Pop Warner Little Scholars organization and Coastal Pop Warner. Participation is not limited to Hampstead residents. EPCPWA's Board Of Directors oversees the football and cheer programs.
