Around here they call me the “Posture Hitler” because if your shoulders are rounded, your core is asleep, and your deadlift looks like a question mark… I WILL find you 👀😂
But there’s a reason for it—proper posture and core engagement protect your back, improve strength, and make every movement more effective.
✔ Shoulder blades back like you’re holding a pencil
✔ Core tight like someone’s about to punch you in the stomach
✔ Slight pelvic tilt to lock everything in
This applies to squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, shoulder press… basically ALL the compound movements y’all love to butcher 😌
