ONE WEEK!! Y’all we have one week until our High Fitness Glow party! Friday June 10, 2022 6-7pm. High fitness is a high energy workout that is perfect for any age or fitness level.
Come kick off your summer with a super fun sweat and sweet popsicles! $10 for members $15 for non members. Child care is available. Grab your best glow gear and spread the word!

Instructor Bio: 👯‍♀️⚡️🤗 Meet Alli!

Alli found .fitness 4 years ago as part of her recovery plan from an intense battle with postpartum depression and anxiety. She was hooked after the first class and never looked back! High was Intrachol in helping Alli manage and overcome her depression and anxiety symptoms. She became a certified High Fitness instructor to help others find happiness mentally, physically, and socially. She has been teaching for 3.5 years now and loves seeing the positive change High Fitness makes in other peoples lives.

When she is not teaching, you can usually find Alli with a Diet Coke in her hand. She loves spending time with her family and friends, cooking good food, and laughing until it hurts.

Instructor bio: 👯‍♀️⚡️🤗 Meet Rochelle!

Rochelle has been teaching HIGH fitness for 3.5 years. She has her bachelors of Science in public health from Utah valley university and is a certified health education specialist. She was featured on River city live and on the channel 4 news in Florida for teaching HIGH fitness. It was bitter sweet for her to relocate to NC but is happy to call hampstead home! Rochelle used to hate going to group fitness classes but fell in love with the community HIGH fitness offers to women. It’s a fun environment where she can be herself, have fun and get in a killer workout in! When she’s not working out she sells cinnamon rolls on the side, spends time with her 3 kids, and loves going to the beach!

Rochelle is excited to team teach along side Alli and looks forward to growing a HIGH community here in hampstead!

.fitness has found its way to Hampstead, NC! High Fitness so close to the water = sweating to death in Humidity.. But gosh! It feels so great to be doing what I love!

We have been in North Carolina for 16 weeks now! Some days are REALLY great.. and some days are REALLY hard missing my family and friends in Utah, especially since we have missed some big events in the beehive state.

A lot has changed in our lives but one of the constants that has helped smooth the transition for me has been .fitness I’ve been SO grateful that putting on my instructor hat here has already helped me meet so many incredible women!

I’m continuing to take each day as it comes and limit my time on instagram right now because it triggers some homesick feelings.. but today I feel so blessed for a strong body that can work hard, meeting new friends, and .fitness
