Whether you’re training for HYROX, preparing for your next race, or simply looking to build a stronger engine, our Summer Endurance Program is designed to help you go farther, faster, and stronger.
Starting Saturday, June 6th, join us every week from 8:00–9:30 AM for focused endurance training that will help you:

🔥 Build running efficiency
🔥 Increase stamina and work capacity
🔥 Develop pacing and race strategies
🔥 Enhance recovery and overall fitness
This program is a great addition to your regular CrossFit training and is ideal for anyone preparing for HYROX, obstacle course races, endurance events, or anyone looking to improve conditioning.
