Sponsorship Opportunity’s
The Hammondsport Fire Department will be holding their 13th Smoke on the Water event on Saturday August 24th from noon to 8pm at the Fire House Fair Grounds. We are seeking sponsorships to help offset the cost and add to the success of the event. Custom packages can be designed to fit your desired participation. We also have the below packages if preferred.
1. $100 Name on informational flyers and name announced during the event.
2. $200 An 18”x24” sign displayed at the event as well as the above.
3. $500 name on the event poster, 24”x48” sign displayed at the event as well as number 1.
4. $1,000 Band Sponsor. Name included in all media on radio and TV as well as number 3 and name announced during the band playing.
5. $1,500 Headline Sponsor. All of number 4 as well as being announced as the headline sponsor in all media and on the flyers.
We are a not-for-profit organization, and all donations and contributions are tax deductible. All monetary donations are very much appreciated and will be acknowledged. Thank you in advance for your support.

The town of Urbana got a nice check yesterday from the state of New York. Our tax dollars get to come back to our small town. This will help revitalize the Depot Park Champlin Beach and Curtiss Park. Nothing in government happens overnight, but in the next 1 to 3 years we will see a lot more happening in our little town. just an FYI this is a no match grant, so all $4.5 million dollars is funded without any additional tax dollars.

Reminder tomorrow night don’t cook come to the Hammondsport Fire House for some great spaghetti and meatballs provided by none other than The Union Block Italian at the landing Penn Yan. A huge thank you to Joshua Rosenbloom, he will be helping the kids cook the food to Bistro standards. There will be raffle tickets sold for great baskets full of goodies too.

Winter Stroll is tomorrow in Hammondsport and for all that plan to attend as well as all that will be in town, come to The Wine Barrel from 10am to 8pm to see the easel and painting that we are having as the grand prize of our current raffle. All proceeds are donated to the Curtiss park trail and Bridge. Tickets are 1 for $5 for 5 for $20. Drawing is 1pm June 9th at Curtiss Park.
