That’s a wrap for Hammond Yankees 10u Ricard baseball. An absolutely great, yet bittersweet end to a very successful year of baseball concluded here in Pigeon Forge. We finished the Ripken Experience with a 4-3 overall record losing to the #2 seeded team by a score of 2-1 in the gold quarter finals.
In the coming weeks before 11u baseball starts, we will reflect on the overall success this season knowing these kids worked hard and competed while being surrounded with a team/family chemistry second to none. We’re not the biggest, strongest or fastest, but we are the scrappiest bunch you will come across.
