Hammond Area Recreation District #1 HARD #1, established in the 1990s, serves most of Hammond and the Seventh Ward, bordered by Tangipahoa/Livingston Parish and the Tangipahoa River.

A new space. More room to play. More possibilities ahead.

The new gym at H.A.R.D. #1 is officially complete, and we’re excited to finally share a closer look.

This new addition gives our community another place to gather, compete, practice, and create memories together.

And this is just one more step in continuing to build something bigger for the athletes and families who call H.A.R.D. #1 home.

September is when things really start picking back up, and we’re excited for everything happening at H.A.R.D. #1 this fall.
