Cypress Fitness 24/7 on West Thomas Members, we have some bad news to share with you guys. Sadly we have decided it was time to close the location on West Thomas. While North Cypress Fitness in Hammond and Cypress Fitness 24/7 are thriving and growing beyond our wildest dreams, our location on West Thomas has yet to recover from the Covid Shutdown and the loss of memberships from Hurricane Ida. With bad news comes great news..... To those Cypress Fitness 24/7 members on West Thomas, please read the letter below for information on our last day of operation as well as some information on how we will help to keep your fitness goals moving forward once we close the doors in December. If you wish to cancel your Cypress Fitness 24/7 West Thomas membership please click on the link below. Once the cancelation form is submitted our membership team will review the request and approve cancellation through an email back to you. As mentioned in our letter below, Cypress Fitness 24/7 in Ponchatoula is still available for all Cypress Fitness 24/7 members. And yes, we will even have options available here at North Cypress Fitness for Cypress Fitness Members that we are certain each of you will enjoy.

Normal club hours on Memorial Day. The only group class will be Body Pump at 830 am and CrossFit at 830 am. No classes at Cypress Fitness 24/7.
Childcare open normal hours.

After reviewing the radar of the expectations of thus storm moving through our area we have made the decision to cancel all group exercise classes, clinics, and CrossFit classes this evening. The club will remain open. Childcare will be closing at 5 pm and all classes will be canceled.
We do apologize for this inconvenience.

We have a few things that need to be replaced due to the power being off for a few weeks. Sorry about the surface rust on the Olympic bars. But something good will be coming out of it!!! New Olympic Bars will be arriving next week.

Great News!!!! Power has been restored at Cypress Fitness on West Thomas. We do have a few things to take care of at the facility before re-opening. We will be re-opening at 4 p.m. today.

We do have some equipment that will need to be replaced due to surface rust since there was no power in facility. New Olympic Bars have been ordered today. We Apologize for this inconvenience.

Childcare will be closed until further notice and group exercise classes will resume next week.

Cypress Fitness in Ponchatoula will be re-opening on Monday morning at 12 a.m.
Our power and internet will be up and running by Sunday night.
Classes or childcare will not be available until further notice. Please feel free to visit North Cypress Fitness for classes and childcare.
Sadly, we our Hammond Cypress Fitness 24/7 location does not have all phases of power back. We are keeping our fingers crossed that power and internet services are available soon.
All Cypress Fitness 24/7 members will have access to North Cypress Fitness until both Cypress Fitness 24/7 locations are re-opened.
We ask that all members be considerate when it comes to using showers. Please be sure to clean area after use and be considerate of the time that you are using the private shower areas as other members may be waiting to use.
