Vendor Applications for the 44th Annual Seaboard Festival on Saturday, October 31, 2026 are officially open!

Applications are available on our website under the “Vendor Information” tab, or you can access them directly through the posted link in th comments.

📌 Important Deadlines:
▪️Food Vendors: Applications must be submitted by June 1, 2026
▪️All Other Vendors (Non-Food): Applications are due by September 1, 2026

⚠️Please note: In past years, vendor spaces have filled before the listed deadlines. Early submission is strongly encouraged to secure your spot.

𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝. This grant will go toward our goal of endowing the Lee "Iceman" Watson Memorial scholarship. Here's some background on this scholarship:

𝐋𝐞𝐞 "𝐈𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧" 𝐖𝐚𝐭𝐬𝐨𝐧 was a passionate runner and was an active member of the Mangum Track Club. Lee was the only person who ran every Seaboard 5K race since it began in 1986 until 2019 when he began having health issues. After being diagnosed with a rare blood cancer that cause him to lose his left leg below the knee, Lee was fitted with a running blade and had signed up to run the 2023 Seaboard 5K in October. Lee passed away on Sept. 18th, 2023. Lee was an inspiration to so many people but especially the running community. Lee was a dedicated man to his family, his dog and running.
