Activities schedule for June 15th - 19th.
Monday- Strength & Mobility class. 11:00-12:00. Stacey Rash, Instructor.
You will need to be able to get up and down on the floor in this class. If you can’t get up and down very well at this time, but want to start doing so, then I encourage you to come to this class. Come prepared to be challenged and bring a good attitude. If you’re willing and you’re able, this class will get you moving right along with patience and persistence.
Wednesday- Senior Fitness class. 1:30-2:30. Stacey Rash, Instructor. This class is performed primarily in a chair for all fitness levels. There is a little standing at the end or beginning of class for balance exercises.
Thursday- EZ Step Line Dancing. 2:00-3:00. Marlene Rozell, Instructor. Not as difficult as one might think. If you can follow instructions then this class will be a lot of fun for you!
Friday- Mindful Movement class. 10:00-11:00. Stacey Rash, Instructor. This class is performed primarily in a chair, although we do stand for certain exercises during some classes. We connect breath to movement as well as work on relaxing our nervous systems.
We ask for a $5 donation for each class attended. 100% of donations goes directly to FOCUS.
Classes are held at the Philomena Family Center in Hamilton. 80 Palemetto Creek Lane.
