We are taking donations for children in need this holiday season!! We are staffed m-th 1pm to 7pm and fri 12 to 5:30pm and can accept donations from anyone in the community!! Toy must be new ❤️

PSA.... Effective Immediately!! After multiple complaints of excessive profanity being used at the gym we posted signs throughout the facility to remind members to be courteous and respectful of others. We are still having issues and this is the last warning. Memberships are going to be cancelled if it continues. Jeremy!!
