VOLUNTEERS WANTED:
On Saturday, May 2nd at 8:00AM, The Hamilton Park Board is hosting a volunteer work-day to complete the concrete pads for Slinging D’s Disc Golf course at the Hamilton Reservoir.

The pads are formed and now we need help getting the concrete poured. The concrete truck shows up at 8:00AM and we should be done in 3-4 hours, with enough help.

Some tools will be available. More tools would be a welcome addition. Please ask questions or RSVP with Cole at 816-244-4946

Wowza! Slingin D's Disc Golf Course is almost ready for tournament play! It all started with a vision from Josh Doan. This morning, Josh, Cole E. Crawford , Cole's dad, and some of the staff from C and H plumbing are getting the pads ready for concrete for all 18 holes. Rick Morgan got the wood boxes made in record time. So far, the course has seen over 30 unique players per month- many coming back several times. We've seen over a hundred players every month- from Utah to Pa. We've had a long haul truck driver stop to play a round. We will have an official ribbon cutting in the spring- watch for details! Ty everyone who has had a hand in this!

Come out and support the Hamilton Park Board Sat July 12th. We will be serving Maid Rites, macaroni salad, baked beans, a cookie and a bottle of water. We will be at the Hangout at the Methodist Church in Hamilton from 430 to 630p.. Free will donation will go towards sports equipment, the Disc golf course and other projects. See you then!
