Living My Human Design

Living My Human Design Encouraging others to experiment with their Human Design by sharing how I experiment with mine.

I’ve been having the same conversation on repeat this week.

“Nicole, I feel like I’m so behind. I’ve had my Bodygraph account for months and I’m just now actually doing something with it. Everyone else seems so much further ahead.”

Can I tell you something? You’re not behind. You’re right on time.

Your design doesn’t operate on anyone else’s timeline. It operates on readiness time.

That Generator who forced themselves to start before their sacral was ready? They burned out three months in and had to start over.

That Emotional Authority who rushed into building before their clarity came? They’re pivoting again because they built from pressure, not truth.

You sitting with it, feeling into it, letting it integrate? That wasn’t wasted time. That was your system protecting you from building something misaligned.

The fact that you’re moving now tells me everything I need to know about your timing — it’s perfect.

I see this constantly with practitioners who come to me for VA support or the RCAT. They think they should have been “ready” months ago. But when they’re actually ready? Everything clicks into place faster because they’re building from genuine readiness, not external pressure.

Your design knows when it’s time to move. Trust that knowing.

Comments are open: What have you been telling yourself you’re “behind” on that might actually be perfect timing? 👇

Preparing and organizing so I can start accepting Bodygraph VA clients again. I plan to open my calendar back up in June, but I will only be accepting a handful of clients a month.

Living your Human Design isn’t one big, life-changing moment.

It’s not this dramatic, overnight transformation where suddenly everything clicks and you never struggle again.

It’s subtle.

It’s the small moments…
The quiet awareness when you notice:

“I’m in my not-self right now.”

It’s catching yourself in the overthinking.
The forcing.
The trying to figure it all out.

And in that moment… you get a choice.

To keep going the way you always have
Or to do something different.

That’s it.

That’s what living your design actually looks like.

Not perfection.
Not constant alignment.

Just small moments of recognition…
That over time, change everything.

Don’t forget to play and spending time in nature!

Stop trying to get it “right.”

This is where most Human Design readers get stuck.

You know the basics.
Type. Authority. Profile.

But the moment a chart gets more complex…
you hesitate.

You start thinking instead of seeing.
Explaining instead of reading.

And the connection drops.

Not because you don’t know enough.
But because you don’t trust what you know.

The most powerful readings don’t come from memorizing everything.

They come from:
• noticing what stands out
• following the energy
• trusting your interpretation

That’s exactly why I created the Rapid Chart Assessment Tool.

Not to teach you more.
But to help you stay clear, grounded, and present in real sessions.

Most Human Design practitioners don’t struggle because they don’t know enough.

They struggle because they don’t trust what they know.

And the moment a chart gets complex, they go back into their head.

Trying to get it right.

Trying to cover everything.

Instead of actually reading what’s in front of them.

I created the Rapid Chart Assessment Tool for that exact moment.

Not to teach you more.

But to help you stay clear, grounded, and present in real sessions.

My first month working with BodyGraph.com as an Onboarding Assistant is complete, and honestly… it flew.

This role feels so aligned. I get to sit with people at the beginning of their journey with the platform, helping them turn all the moving pieces into something clear, organized, and doable.

That moment when the overwhelm melts and they realize, “Oh… this is actually going to make my work so much easier” — that’s my favorite part.

Lots of charts, lots of behind-the-scenes support, and a whole lot of heart in every call.

Grateful for work that lights me up and helps others share what they’re here to share.

Future is looking bright. 😉

Today I officially start my new role helping Bodygraph.com with onboarding new members, among other things.

I am so excited for this new role…and a little nervous. It is fun and scary stepping outside your comfort zone, but that is the only way to grow!

Celebrating new beginnings today. ❤️

We are giving my nephew my husbands PlayStation 5 and VR for Christmas. I am going to send him on a scavenger hunt to find the present.

I followed kids tutorials to draw these images on the card.

5 - 8 years ago I would have been hard on myself because they are not as “good” as the person who led the tutorials. I would have drawn in pencil first…erased A LOT and would have tried to make them “perfect.” I probably would have ended up frustrated, and given up on the idea all together.

Today, these are perfectly imperfect, and I love them! They are the first draft done in black marker.

Satisfied. ♥️🔥

Late night reflections. I was playing around with audio reports on BodyGraph.com and felt called to put this out there.

This post is also about me leaning into trusting my voice in the moment. The more I practice the easier it will become. 😉
