Our 💫 Member of the Month 💫 is Janet Williams!

Janet joined MSF looking to add strength training into her routine. What she’s discovered along the way is so much more than strength in the gym — she has discovered strength that carries over into all aspects of life, especially through the challenging times. Janet continues to show up, challenge herself, and push beyond what she thought she was capable of. And this past weekend, she put that mindset to the test by taking on the Mahonathon — a partner strength and endurance competition.

Janet, we’re so proud of your commitment and the love and kindness you bring to our MSF community!

Janet’s words:

“I am incredibly honored to be named Member of the Month. I drive over 30 minutes to get to this gym because it is 100% worth it. I started at the end of October, right before my world turned upside down with my husband’s stage 4 cancer diagnosis and his passing on April 1st.

Sticking with my training literally saved me—giving me the emotional resilience to care for him and the strength to get out of bed during my deepest grief.

This place has been a Godsend. It is so much more than a gym; it is an amazing, family-oriented community that has surrounded me with love. I’m constantly inspired by the people here, especially by two incredible women, Donna and Betty, who are older than me and are my absolute heroes. They make me want to keep pushing so I can be just like them in the future, and I hope my story inspires someone else to try this incredible place!”

Our 💫 MSF Athlete of the Month 💫 is Cruz Kraft!

Cruz is one of the nicest and most polite boys, always showing kindness and respect to everyone around him. He is a hard worker who gives his best effort and always listens to others. His positive attitude and respectful nature make him a wonderful member of our MSF athlete community. We are so proud of him and all that he continues to accomplish!

In Cruz’s words:

“I really enjoy going to MSF to workout. The coaches push me to be better and work harder every time I’m there. I feel like the workouts are helping me become faster and stronger, which helps me improve in the sports that I play.”

Our 💫 MSF Athlete of the Month 💫 is Niko Obrest-Mahon!

At just four years old, Niko has grown up at MSF! He started in our Toddler Train program and has now moved into our Athlete 101 class.

Niko looks forward to every class with his friends and always brings a smile, a great attitude, and his best effort. Whether he’s listening to his coaches, following directions, or cheering on others, he sets a wonderful example of what it means to be a great teammate.

We’re so proud of the confidence, character, and work ethic Niko is building at such a young age. Keep having fun, working hard, and enjoying the journey—we can’t wait to see all you’ll accomplish in the years ahead!
