Regardless of who or what you are mourning and/or grieving; please Grieve Healthy. Your loss requires mourning & grieving.
It's OK to cry, it's OK to feel sad, it's OK to feel numb, it's OK to get grief counseling, it's OK to Take a break, it's OK to be alone.
Each of these feelings should not be forever. If you find yourself stuck for a long period of time in grief or mourn then you should seek help.
Most importantly ITS OK TO HAVE JESUS, THERAPIST &/or COACH.
Repeat when needed!
