A quick pic from some of the chaos during last night's advanced Krav class, preassure testing knife defenses. Probably my favorite class to teach, but it can also be heartbreaking sometimes. Why? Because so many advanced students choose to skip this class. Mostly because it's hard. Growth is supposed to be hard. It's supposed to challenge you, and you're supposed to fail. If you want to a true test of where your skills are, you want to know where all your strengths and weaknesses are, this is where you need to be. This is how we get to the next level.
