REGISTRATION IS OFFICIALLY OPEN!!! 🤩🤩🥳🥳

We are so excited to announce that registration for our FIRST EVER Summer Clinic is now live!! 💙💛

Join us on July 19th for an incredible day of technique, choreography, training, and fun with the Quinnipiac Dance Team! Whether you’re looking to improve your skills, learn more about collegiate dance, or just spend the day doing what you love, this clinic is for you!!!

🕺 Open to incoming and current high school and college students!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. One simple way to support both is through movement. Whether it’s walking, stretching, dancing, working out, or spending time outside, movement can help reduce stress, boost your mood, increase energy, and improve overall well-being.

We encourage everyone to find movement that feels good for them and remember that even small steps can make a big difference. 💙🐾
