💪 Are you making the most out of your Deadlifts?

🤔 It's not just about lifting heavy weights; it's about lifting correctly!

Poor form can lead to injuries and wasted effort. Correct form leads to a super functional back and a really strong backside (glutes and hamstrings)

For the Deadlift:

-Focus on engaging your upper back, keeping your entire back flat, & chin tucked to your chest.

-Driving through your heels as you grip the bar strong! Stand up tall but don't lean back, just straight up.

-Lower the weight by sitting back, feel that stretch in the hamstring and make sure your chin is still tucked.

Remember, it's not JUST the weight that counts, it's how you lift it!
