April 1 kicked off ECF's
🔥The goal ➡️ walk or run one mile per day in one go for 100 consecutive days!
🔥The result ➡️ over 60 of us have joined the ECF group on Strava (link in bio!) and accepted the challenge to hit their daily movement goal.

Watching everyone accomplishing the challenge - those early morning walks before work, bedtime jog to end the day, lunch break walk with coworkers - has been amazing! People are getting it done while traveling, at school, with family and friends.
