Today we celebrated 17 years of Tuff Girl by highlighting what we do best: building strength and community.

Small businesses don’t make it to 17 years by accident- it takes grit, trust, and people who genuinely believe in what you’re building.

A heartfelt thank you to you all. 🙏 For forcing the growth, for supporting our mission in the often toxic, competitive, and judgmental fitness world, and for adapting to constant change.

We look forward to year 18 with excitement, and with so much love and gratitude for this incredible community.
