We're an all-girls youth hockey association passionate about empowering girls through the sport.

Our program has built a reputation of community, a focus on fundamentals, commitment, hard work, and fun. Has your daughter ever wanted to try hockey?

Our Learn to Play program gives girls ages 4–11 a fun, beginner-friendly introduction to the sport. No previous hockey experience is needed, and first-time participants receive free head-to-toe equipment through our partnership with the NY Rangers.

SEMIFINAL BOUND! - The Sharks U19 Tier II team is heading to the semifinals of the NGHL Labor Day Challenge! The Sharks came out firing and never let up, cruising to a 7–0 shutout victory over the Lady Devils. From the opening faceoff to the final buzzer, this team brought the energy, battled for every puck, and played Sharks hockey from start to finish.

THE MAGNIFICENT SEVEN

7:30 AM. Seven players. Zero excuses.

Due to scheduling conflicts, our U16 Sharks took the ice this morning with just seven players—and while the final score wasn’t what they wanted, the effort was nothing short of incredible.

These seven battled from the opening whistle to the final buzzer, showing heart, determination, and what it truly means to be a teammate. They never stopped competing and never stopped pushing each other.

Special shoutout to defenders Emily and Ana, who played the entire game without a single shift on the bench. No rest. No breaks. Just pure grit and determination from start to finish.

They may not have gotten the win, but they earned something far more important today: respect.

Proud of these seven. They showed up. They battled. They left it all on the ice.

Our U14 Tier II, U16 Tier II, and U19 Tier II teams are headed into the NGHL Labor Day Challenge ready to compete and make some noise!

U14 Tier II — Silver Division
U16 Tier II — Gold Division
U19 Tier II — Gold Division

The 2026–27 season is officially underway! Sharks of all ages hit the ice today for our season kickoff, bringing the energy, smiles, and a whole lot of excitement for the season ahead. Afterwards we celebrated together with pizza, friends, and a little ice cream truck magic. 🍕🍦

The Shoreline Sharks House Development Program starts September 8 and runs through February.

It's open to girls ages 5–10 and focuses heavily on skill development, with two weekday practices (Tues/Thurs at 5:10 pm), weekend scrimmages (typically Saturdays), and additional skill-development sessions on Fridays with IPH starting in December.

HDP is the perfect bridge between LTP and travel hockey, giving girls more ice time and game experience while continuing to develop their fundamentals. Participants must be able to skate competently.

Learn to Play starts September 27 in Northford!

Registration is open for our Learn to Play Clinic, offered in partnership with the New York Rangers. Designed for girls ages 4–11, Learn to Play is a great introduction to hockey, with a focus on skating, basic hockey skills, and having fun on the ice.

First-time participants receive FREE head-to-toe hockey equipment through the Junior Rangers program. The program dates are:

Fall Session: September 27 – December 13
Winter Session: December 20 – March 7
Sundays | 3–4 PM

No hockey experience necessary. Register and come learn the game!

Our U16 and U19 Tier II teams brought plenty of energy, intensity, and competitiveness to the East Coast Wizards Showcase this weekend! There were goals scored, saves made, battles won, and some hard-fought hockey from both teams. And in true Sharks fashion, the girls found plenty of time to bond between games — including over a few penalties, laughs, and everything in between. Next up: the NGHL Labor Day Tournament. Time to get back to work!
