is back at it! Taking on another World’s Toughest Mudder!
This time it’s virtual and Joe will be competing in his home town of Orange, CT. Starting Saturday at noon, he’ll be running a 5 mile loop as many times as possible in 24 hours. His goal is to do 55-65 miles. If you’d like to run a loop (or part of a loop) with him or cheer him on, there will be some “viewing spots” along the route @ Orange Community Center and Peck Place School.

Go get ‘em Joe!! You’re an inspiration!

Many of our incredible members have generously asked about donating classes to health care workers, first responders and members who experiencing financial hardship. We think this is a wonderful idea and we are humbled by the kindness and generosity of this community. -
As a result, we have started the Love & Muscles Fund.
-
We have developed a simple process to accept donated classes and allocate them. Even better news! For every class donated, Perpetual Strength / Tuff Girl will donate one virtual class.
-
If you are a health care worker, first responder, a member in need or someone who has not been able to train with us because of financial difficulties, please reach out to [email protected] for simple instructions on how to receive donated classes and access to our virtual training platform.
-
To our incredible community, you continue to step up in times of need and help others. Thank you so much!

Pete knows the strength he builds in the gym helps him do great things outside the gym.
Just several days after pulling 405lbs x 3 for a new PR, he was ripping up the trails in Sedona, AZ for an epic, several day ride through some of most challenging and exciting terrain Sedona has to offer!
Strength makes Pete’s life better and allows him to soak up all the adventures life has in store for him! .

The consistent progress and results speak for themselves!

Having just finished our second, three month cycle, we couldn't be more proud of the progress and achievements experienced by our people. During the last two weeks of the cycle / first two weeks of February, the PRs were racking up on a daily basis from people new to training, to people who have been training for years. Each of their PRs represent moments of pride, discovery and celebration, and offered them a reminder of what they are truly capable of!
Congratulations!
There are many variations of group training, each designed with specific intent and goals to serve the needs of the people training.
Our group training is driven by community, progress, results, high fives and lots of laughs. On the surface, it serves as a platform for our community to come together and support each other, hold each other accountable and have a fun experience. Go a layer deeper and our group training is designed to minimize injury, keep our people safe, drive progress and get results through a principle based, flexible, progressive, specifically designed training program.
When a group training experience driven by community, camaraderie, accountability, high fives and laughs is supported by a principle based, flexible, progressive, specifically designed training program, progress and results are inevitable! .

Bev trains and makes strength a priority because she loves life! She loves to go rock climbing with her son, throw axes with her gym friends and, with her husband, sample all the wonderful beer local breweries have to offer. Bev loves life! And she’s not about to slow down! Bev has discovered the joy of being strong and how strength can help her live life to the fullest.

Congratulations to ... Pulling 500lbs for a new PR!
AJ balances a busy work schedule, family, travel baseball league and other responsibilities.. but, because his health and fitness is important to him, over the years, he has always made time to consistently get into the gym and train.
There is no secret formula to growth, achievement and success... showing up consistently, training with intent, surrounding yourself with people who support you, and having fun through the process will take you far. .
