It’s September. The speed at which summer seems to disappear is a good reminder that there will never be a “better” time to start training. Start now. The days are long (especially when you come to 530am class), but the years are short.

We are 1 week away from the Popcorn Day Tri-State Run! There will be 3 medalists in each division: Open, Masters (55+), ...

We are 1 week away from the Popcorn Day Tri-State Run!

There will be 3 medalists in each division: Open, Masters (55+), and Youth (18U). The top 3 men and women in the 10K will also receive $100, $50, and $25 dollars.

We’ll also have JumpStart Nutrition on site for drinks and the Physical Therapy crew will be set up with some recovery stations.

It’s not too late to register!
