Our expert- designed program helps build a strong foundation in strength, coordination, speed and agility- skills that support success in sports, fitness and everyday life! This program is designed to meet them where they are and challenge them to reach their full potential- setting them a step ahead!

Who? Anyone ages 11-18
When? Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays @ 10:30am (no classes July 4th)
Where? F45 Training Hamburg

How to sign up?

What is it? Scientifically designed workouts that improves overall strength. Two certified trainers in the room helping with proper form and encouragement 🔥
