Underground Hoops Underground Hoops, formally The Lab Athletic, is a place for all athletes to work on their skills with a trainer, their team or on their own.

Underground Hoops, formally The Lab Athletic) is a sports training center and 24/7 fitness facility located in Ham Lake, MN. 2 basketball courts, 2 batting cages, full weight and cardio rooms. There are plenty of open gym times to jump in on a run! Members have additional access opportunities! Fitness, basketball, baseball, team practices, court rental, tunnel rental and party or meeting room rentals.
