‼️I’ve talked about this A LOT recently‼️

•You’re almost aiming with your glove!
•Point your glove where you want the ball to go!
•Throw ball hand and glove hand towards the catcher when you are stepping and getting into extension!
•KEEP IT SIMPLE! Don’t overthink it!

If I hear “this feels weird 🥴” one more time, I may cry. Pitching is a lot of simple movements put together that your body can do regularly. Simplify & control the little things.

If I can do it, anyone can!

I have so much to say….. I watched girls COMPETE and pitch their tails off in the cold and rain this past weekend. My pitchers are making adjustments in the middle of games based on their pitches. I have parents watching film to see where issues are in pitches.. My girls are getting tons of reps in league ball and making HUGE strides. HUGE.

Ainsley told me a couple of weeks ago that she didn’t think I could get 50 workouts in year by the end of March. I had to take a step back and remind myself that if I want my girls to compete, then I have to compete too!! Just finished workout #58, only to prove to a 10 year old that I CAN, and I WILL. Who knew a 10 year old could motivate you? Not I, but I do now! I just I hope I motivate my girls as much as they motivate me!

On another note, my Bryleigh girl hit 41 mph tonight and we were pumped!! This girl is going to do big things! Excuse our hair, we out here working!!!

My crazy girl finally hit 40 for a strike at lessons so I could witness it for myself tonight! Bryleigh brings me so much joy. We pitched together in the past and I’m so glad to have her back. I’ve been exhausted after long days and her first lesson back a little over a month ago really lit a fire in me. She’s definitely going to be one to look out for!! Feedback needed:

I don’t want to open up every afternoon on my booking page for lessons. I’ve done that in the past and was completely exhausted.. I’m not coaching high school softball, so I have a little more flexibility these days.

Big question: what days of the week are working best for you guys to do pitching lessons?

I know I can’t accommodate everyone… but I’d love feedback!! 🩷

My girl showed up and showed out!! Ainsley girl had a new PR of 44mph, not once but twice! This girl is a superstar! So proud of all of her hard work! 🩷

Look at this girl go!! Love my Scarlett and I’m so proud of the things she is doing! Last week at pitching, she looked like a completely different kid! Hard work is paying off and Coach Shelby couldn’t be more proud! 🩷

Somehow I put “time off” on the booking page for 20 days in a row!!! I will be out of town September 8th only, but if you were trying to book and it was anywhere from 9/9-9/28, look again! I fixed it 😊
