Hey everyone, just wanted to confirm that we’re aware that the AC in the cardio room is down, and we’re working on it! A part had to be ordered, but we’re hoping that will arrive ASAP. In the meantime, we’re going to lower the temperature in the free weight room, and position the fan in the doorway to pull that cool air through. Please don’t move that for the time being. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding!

Great news: power was just restored, and we’re officially open! Thank you all for your patience, and happy holidays! 🙂

Unfortunately our facility is without power, and we will be closed until it is restored. We will make another post notifying everyone when we have reopened. We apologize for any inconvenience. Stay safe out there!

We just wanted to let everyone know that the access card reader at the facility is currently having some difficulties. After you scan in, it's taking about 10 seconds for the magnet to deactivate, so that you can gain entry. We've contacted our security company, and they're coming in to fix this problem tomorrow. In the meantime, if you scan in and pause before trying the door, you should be able to get in. We apologize for the inconvenience!

To our valued members: recently we have received many complaints about messes being made in the facility by muddy shoes. We would like to remind everyone that a clean pair of shoes must be changed into prior to every workout. Additionally, there have been complaints about non-member scan ins. Please keep in mind that all members must scan in individually, and if anyone is caught scanning in a non-member, that is grounds for termination of membership. Thanks so much for your help with these items, in an effort to keep Granite a comfortable and enjoyable facility for all members!

Happy holidays to all of our valued members! We hope you enjoy this time spent with friends and family! We did want to make a post to ask for everyone’s help with a couple of items we’ve been receiving complaints about recently. First, we would ask that everyone bring a clean pair of shoes to change into for EVERY workout. There have been a couple of dirty/muddy messes left on the floors over the last few weeks. Second, we ask that all plates and bars be put on storage racks after use. Again, we’ve received complaints recently, particularly about plates being left on machines & bars after use. Thanks so much for your help with these things, so that all members can enjoy the facility. And again, HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

To all of our members: we have been made aware of some very understandable complaints that you have been voicing in recent months. These complaints include not being able to access portions of the gym because large groups are occupying them, plates being left on equipment after use, and banging / slamming of weights. Please know that we will be making a concerted effort in the coming weeks to correct these violations of gym etiquette! We understand how much these types of issues can disrupt and distract from a workout, and we will not allow them to continue. In the meantime, please bear with us. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
