Stars Dance Hallandale is now continuing registration for our Summer Intensive Ballet program! This program is perfect for young dancers who want to get ready for the upcoming competition and performance season.
Students will work on classical ballet technique, pointe, adagio, combinations, variations, and repertoire. Each week also includes classes in different styles like character, contemporary, Pilates, stretching and conditioning, and floor barre.

Meet our teacher 🩰

Alena Yelyzarova graduated from the Odesa State Ballet School in Ukraine as a ballet artist and pedagogue and later earned a Master’s degree in Classical Ballet Directorship from the Kyiv National University of Theatre. She is a laureate of international ballet competitions.

In 2005, Alena became a principal dancer with the Odesa National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre, where she gained recognition for her distinguished performances. Her repertoire includes leading roles in The Nutcracker (Sugar Plum Fairy), Don Quixote (Kitri), The Sleeping Beauty (Aurora), Giselle (Giselle), as well as Walpurgisnacht, Paquita, and other classical works.

With more than 20 years of professional stage experience, Alena has performed on major theatrical stages worldwide.

Outside of Ukraine, she has appeared as a principal guest artist with European and American ballet companies and has been actively sharing her expertise as a teacher since 2020.
