I used to take seamoss consistently and I felt the difference.
Then I started selling it… and self-care slowly turned into more work.
It became too much, so I stepped away.
It was never meant for that — it was always just for me.

My daughter’s on her own health journey and buying seamoss at the farmers market.
We tried passion fruit and mango — sooo good.
And honestly? I had seamoss at home. I had fruit at home.
So I said… why not?

Next time I go, I’ll tag her — because I need to learn her little secret for making it taste better 👀
My texture though? On point.
Muscle memory from making it for so long 🫶🏽
