Our academy just got a major upgrade! 🐉🎨✨
Over the last few days, our creative campers teamed up with our amazing special guest artist, Angela Tucci Robinson , to create two incredible canvas dragon masterpieces! 🖌️🦅
These custom art pieces blend vibrant creativity with martial arts tradition, and they are going to look absolutely stunning decorating the walls of our academy. Seeing the children cooperate, focus, and express themselves through art has been a true highlight of the summer so far. 🥋❤️
A massive thank you to Angela for sharing her talent and inspiring our young athletes to become young artists! 🤝🎨

What an incredible start to the Summer! 🚀 Week 1 of our Summer Camp is officially in the books and the energy was off the charts! 📈
We did it all this week—from sharp martial arts training on the mats 🥋 to catching a movie at the theater 🎬 and embarking on an amazing field trip adventure to the Museum of Discovery and Science! 🧪🦖
These kids have been working hard, exploring, and building great friendships. We are so proud of how much they’ve already accomplished! 🚌✨ The journey is just beginning—who’s ready for Week 2?

🥋 Hard Work on the World Stage! 🥋

We are incredibly proud of Lucia Viscito for representing VMAA at the 17th Spring Dragon Wushu International Tournament in Catanzaro, Italy! 🇮🇹✨

Fresh off earning her Red Belt, Lucia brought her characteristic focus and relentless work ethic to a massive global stage. Stepping onto an international mat takes immense courage, and she handled the pressure beautifully.

While it's exciting to see our students compete abroad, the real victory is the inspiring, humble example Lucia sets for everyone back home on our training floor. She is proof of what happens when you put in the hours and trust the process.

Our training floor was buzzing with incredible energy on May 16th for our latest Belt Test! Every single student stepped up, poured their heart into their forms, and showed the true spirit of martial arts—focus, discipline, and unstoppable perseverance. 🥋✨

While we are incredibly proud of everyone who advanced, this test marked a massive milestone for two of our elite advanced students who officially earned their RED BELTS: Lucia Viscito and Maria Gomez-Moreno! 🛑💪

Earning an advanced rank takes countless hours of sweat, refining technique, and showing up ready to outwork yesterday. A huge congratulations to our two newest red belts—your dedication inspires the whole academy!
