Founders Sabrina & Heather met as swim instructors at La Petite Baleen Swim School, in Half Moon Bay. Sabrina and Heather recognized the need for aquatic-based fitness programs for adults on the Coastside...and CAF was born! We are so proud to introduce our first fitness program, Acquapole! Acquapole was developed in Italy in 2010. This amazing workout will allow you to super-train yourself in the

water while having fun & listening to great music! The buoyancy of your body weight in the water helps the ex*****on of the strength training exercises without burdening the joints. In all of the many different exercises & grips, even the isometric hold, the abdominals are essential for the correct ex*****on of all of the positions. All through the workout, the muscles in the legs & arms are involved. Acquapole will shape the abdomen, shoulders, hips & will help improve cardiovascular circulation. We hope that you sign up today!



* Please make sure to wear a comfortable supportive suit. Bring water & a towel! Showers are available for use after your class.
