I came to Half Moon Bay in 1997 and I've never stopped teaching since nor have I stopped training and learning. I'm proud to say that over 1,200 students have come through my doors and improved their stren

gth, flexibility and overall health and well-being. Come join us and learn about comprehensive martial arts where we learn everything in a fun, active and safe environment. Kick boxing, grappling, submissions, acrobatics ... we do it all and we do it well. A family that kicks together sticks together. THE FIRST LESSON IS ALWAYS FREE.
