Work out before work to THIS view and a MOO ๐Ÿ„ for FREE this week - Mon Wed Fri 7:30AM! Yaas! STARTING TOMORROW! It's the Free Trial week for my July Outdoor HIIT Camp!๐Ÿคธ Bring a buddy ๐Ÿ‘ญ and double the fun! Details below!

WHAT TO EXPECT:
A FUN, challenging (socially distanced) 1 hour full-body workout ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ to great music ๐ŸŽต in the fresh air. Featuring higher and lower intensity strength & cardio exercises using your body weight and dumbbells, includes warm-up and cool-down. Burn calories, tighten your core, fit better in your clothes!๐Ÿ’ƒ ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Lots of options & ways to progress/modify.

Equipment: This week, all you need to bring is one set of heavy weights, a mat, towel, water, and a mask ๐Ÿ˜ท (not required while exercising with social distance). We'll use 1-2 weights for exercises like bicep curls, rows, tricep extensions, and overhead presses. If you do not have a set of weights, come anyway and I will have an extra set for you to get started with! I will have disinfectant wipes available.

--7:30AM (1 hour workout) every Monday, Wednesday, Friday
--FREE Trial Week: June 29-Jul 2 Come MWF this week and check it out for FREE!!!
--We'll meet at Eve's home (DM me for address). After the HIIT camp officially launches, we'll add in additional locations along the coastal trail, beaches, and tracks.

Why weights in HIIT Camp? Typical bootcamp involves many body-weight only movements and lots of positions that put pressure on the wrists (planks/burpees) and knees (running). HIIT camp takes a one-hour cardio strength workout outside. These workouts are designed to sculpt, burn calories, and increase your heart health, without putting unwanted pressure on sensitive joints. Using weights provides more safe ways to work out and enables each member to determine how high impact their movements should be based on their own body.

Worried about how to stay in shape while "sheltering in place?" Join me for LIVE virtual workouts every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8-9AM Pacific Time! I launched this offering this morning and it worked very well! Details below:

What: 1 Hour Strength/Cardio workout for ALL LEVELS set to fun music

Equipment: Mat, Towel, Water, and Hand Weights (2-3 Sizes). Water bottles work fine! **This week, we are doing body-weight only to allow time to order weights if needed.**

How: Zoom Video: I'll send the video link to you. Just comment on this post or DM me. It will be the SAME LINK for all sessions.

When - Mon, Wed, Fri 8-9AM Pacific Time. Log in a few minutes early to avoid connection issues. You do NOT have to go to every session, but a commitment to at least 1-2 classes a week would be awesome for group morale and staying on track with your fitness goals.

Cost - $15/class, payable at the end of each month via cash, check, or paypal ( paypal.me/evedonofrio)
