Monday Motivation---never stop believing in yourself!!!!

Good morning all--made this crockpot recipe for the family this week, DELISH!!!!

CROCK POT SPAGHETTI SQUASH

1 medium to large spaghetti squash, washed
1 jar of spaghetti sauce, your preferred flavor (more if desired)
3 cups of frozen meatballs
Instructions

Cut the spaghetti squash in half around the middle. Use a spoon to remove the seeds and membranes. Place cut sides down in a large crock pot.
Pour the spaghetti sauce around the sides of the squash and then place your meat balls around the sides as well.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours, or high for 3-4 hours. Test for doneness by piercing the squash with a fork, if it goes through the skin easily, it is done.
Use tongs to carefully remove the squash from the crock pot. Use a fork to pull out all the squash, discard the shell.
Serve with the sauce and meatballs from the crock pot. Enjoy!

Workout WEDNESDAY!

HIIT = 45 sec on/ 15 sec off 3 rounds NO WEIGHTS NEEDED

1. Inchworm pushup
2. plyo squat jumping jacks
3. slow mountain climbers
4. right side front to back lunge
5. left side front to back lunge
6. knee tucks on floor (boat pose knee tucks)
7. burpees

tips;
* try to not take a break (longer than your 15 seconds in between exercises) until you get your first 7 exercises in, but always remember to listen to your body.

*have that water bottle ready to hydrate

*its quality not quantity--no need to count:)

Surround yourself with others that support YOU, make you laugh, and will be there no matter what. we all have goals in our lives, personal, health, professional or more, put yourself in a place that makes you feel STRONG and WORTH IT.

Try this core workout today.

elbow plank leg raise R/L
full plank cross over knee R/L
elbow plank tap legs out wide R/L
elbow plank hip drop R/L
full plank shoulder tap R/L
full plank wide knee(spider) R/L

repeat all 5-8 rounds, try to keep legs off the ground
push hips up during planks to protect your back.
