Zumba North Shore Welcome to my Zumba class! Get ready to sweat!! Bring water, a towel if needed, and get ready to sweat!

Along with an energy-pumping environment, I incorporate a balance of intense cardio, toning, and fun music- giving you an all around full-body workout! Zumba Every Monday, Wednesday & Saturday

Monday+ Wednesday:6:00pm-7:00pm
Sunset Beach Elementary School
59 Kamehameha Hwy, Haleiwa, HI 96712

Saturday: 9:00-10:00 am
Waialua Community Association (in Haleiwa across from US Post Office)

Back when I was thirty-something weeks pregnant, pondering the days that Zumba would light up my life again, and boy am I glad to say it’s here! I can honestly say the joy I get from class on Tuesday night lingers for about 2-3 days 😂 I have so much fun working out with you guys!! Patience.
Struggling with this word today. Please holla if you can relate 🙋🏼‍♀️😬it’s just one of those short fused days and having a little one follow you around all day testing that patience is even more difficult. It’s days like these that I long for some time to refresh and rejuvenate (literally 20 minutes will do) and double thankful for an hour of Zumba to come back home as “happy mom” haha. I think whether we have kids or not, having patience with the general curveballs of life can be a huge challenge and it’s so important to do the things that help us recharge and be joyfully present once again 💕 and for me there’s a number of things, one of them being Zumba 😋💃🏼hope to see you people tonight at
