Protect Your Peace✨

Our ties to people and the world around us are constant. It’s okay to check in, take stock, keep what fills us, and cut the areas that drain us. It’s not selfish-- you are pulling back in order to give more.
Here are five steps to help:
Say no
To anyone or anything that exhausts you, makes you feel unhappy, or judged.
Wish them well as you step away. It doesn’t have to last forever.
Listen to your intuition
You do not need a reason to say no.
Be conscious of your thoughts. Control your words.
While you may not be able to control your thoughts, the things we repeat out loud impress on our subconscious. Choose your words, and speak your destiny. You are the master of any situation.
Cleanse your space
Is it pretty? Is it useful? Does it make me happy? Let go.
Nourish your body
Get Exercise.
Drink Water.
Eat healthy.
Sleep well
Breathe deeply.
Enjoy Life.

GRATITUDE ✨for the people who bring happiness and smiles. Gratitude for the people who can’t that day. Gratitude for letting it all show— the ebb and flow of human emotion, messy and beautiful. Gratitude for eye to eye, smile to smile, skin to skin. The BEST hug. The realization that even fear is our teacher.
Gratitude for the sadness of missing someone. Gratitude for the peacekeepers, doing work everyday to stay balanced and bring balance to others.
