Apnea & Surf Survival course for all levels of Surfers 🏄‍♀️
Location: San Diego
Dates: October 24th and 25th

This two day course will boost your confidence in the ocean guaranteed. You will also learn invaluable breathing skills to improve your performance.

What you will learn:

• Physiology of breathing and apnea
• Breathing exercises to improve ventilation and to strength the lungs
• Water safety and ocean survival skills
• Static, dynamic and stress apnea exercises to improve breath holding
• Risks and dangers of training apnea
• Risk management
• Surfing Rescue
• CPR and surf Aid

This course will change the way you breathe and surf. It’s the best investment for your safety in the ocean .
