Whether you're just starting out or looking to take your skills to the next level, The Movement Lab is your place to move, jump, and grow. One of the world's largest parkour and Ninja Warrior facilities, The Lab is home to more Ninja Warrior finalists than any other facility in the country. We offer a variety of classes for kids, teens, adults and a special needs program. All of our classes follo

w a curriculum developed by professional parkour athletes Chris and Brian Wilczewski. The Movement Laboratory provides a safe and nurturing environment in which children can become active and healthy through fun games and movements! Our certified instructors help to improve body control, coordination and self-confidence through our progressive movement program. The best part is your child will be improving speed strength and coordination through play!
