~ The 1st Annual Summer Shreds Transformation Challenge.

🗓️12 weeks of commitment, consistency, hard-work, effort and grind. (1 March - 1 June)

This challenge is a perfect way to kickstart your 🏋️fitness journey, create 🥗healthier habits and break through those 🧠mental barriers that have held you back for so long.

This is not just a weight loss challenge. We are looking at the total body transformation.
⁃ Muscle Gained
⁃ Fat Loss
⁃ BF%
⁃ Weigh Loss

How to Enter:
1. You must be a member:(minimum 3 months)

2. $50 entry fee- The entry fee gets you 2 InBody test per month(6 total) to help keep you on track. ($150 value)- You will also receive an initial macro count based on your Inbody results/activity level to help jump start your diet.

Prizes:💰
- 1st Place $500 + 5 month membership
- 2nd Place $300 + 3 month membership
- 3rd Place $150 + 1 month membership

We will also be raffling off one giant gift basket with a bunch of goodies to one of the participants.

Sat-Sun: 7am - 8pm
