🥋 MEET OUR OWNER - SENSEI DIEGO HERNANDEZ

Sensei Diego Hernandez is much more than a martial arts instructor, he is a respected business owner, youth advocate, and community leader dedicated to making a difference in Haines City and throughout Polk County.

Since founding Haines City Sports Karate Center in 2017, Sensei Diego has helped hundreds of children build discipline, confidence, respect, leadership, and a stronger future through martial arts, sports, fitness, and educational programs.

His commitment extends far beyond the dojo. He is a former member of the Haines City Parks and Recreation Board, has organized food distributions and charitable events for local families, and was officially recognized with a proclamation from the Haines City Commission for his dedication and service to the community’s youth.

Today, he continues leading a DCF accredited and Step Up-approved program, providing children with a safe, positive, and inspiring place to learn, grow, and succeed.
