I love the versatility of the ! Here I am using it with weights in and positions for a quick effective workout. Do each exercise for 20 reps. 2-3 rounds.
ELEVATE POSITION:
1️⃣front lunge with bicep curl - alternating ✔️knee over ankle alignment, core tight, controlled bicep curl
2️⃣row with lateral raise-r/l ✔️back straight, don’t allow shoulder to shrug toward ear during row & lateral raise
3️⃣tricep extensions ✔️elbows stay aimed at ceiling, abs engaged to prevent ribcage from flaring open, squeeze biceps on flexion & triceps on extension
BALANCE POSITION:
4️⃣squat with bicep curl and side leg lift - alternating ✔️sit back into squat, no leaning on leg lift
5️⃣single leg squat with wide row r/l ✔️find your suitable range of motion for squat, back straight, lead with elbows out to side for row
6️⃣lunge with torso rotation-r/l ✔️good ankle/knee alignment, keep torso tall on rotation

Even instructors have ***y and days! Try this one with a for added resistance.
1️⃣side step lateral lift -alt. ✔️keep core tight & torso tall, lift leg out to side not forward
2️⃣hip extension - r/l
✔️core pulled up to support lower back, lift straight leg with
3️⃣curtsy lunge squat -alt.
✔️good form of knee over ankle, weight in heel of front leg
4️⃣hydrant circles -r/l
✔️core tight and torso stable as thigh draws circles, supporting leg’s glutes stabilizing
5️⃣lateral/parallel leg lift
✔️engage abs to maintain lower back contact with floor at all times (use exhale to lower legs)
6️⃣side plank knee tuck hydrant -t/l
✔️strong side plank position, maintain straight body line
7️⃣V crunch
✔️keep outward pressure into theraband, control concentric/eccentric abs
🔸Do 20 reps of each
🔸3-4 rounds

Getting back into the flow again after time away...Elephant w/ Arabesque & Round Back knee tucks felt good to do. Love how helps to focus the mind and bring awareness to movement. Could feel my right side struggling on . Taking mental note and moving on....”progress is born of experience”
