We offer a highly immersive tactical experience that combines the latest in laser tag technology with an active solution to today's first person shooter gaming craze. A high end gaming laptop runs the simulation while players hash it out on the field using realistic weapons that have the look and feel of an assault rifle. Using the laptop allows us to fine tune your experience. Whether you want to
play a classic team death match or be the lone wolf against 23 other people we can do that. Here's a basic list of game play modes available:

Solo Deathmatch
Domination (claim the bases)
Capture the Flag
Infected
Protect the president
Crack the code
Rescue the hostage
You aren't even limited to an assault weapon class. You can even choose a sniper class, Heavy machine gun, shotgun. As a bonus melee damage will be soon to come! Please leave your knives (and light sabers) at home. Seriously, those stay home.
“I wanna be the medic?”
Ok. You can be the medic. Go heal your teammates.
“How do I know I killed someone?”
Well, you will receive a live kill confirmation from your equipment. The killed player will be deactivated until they return to the spawn point and wait to re-enter the game... if they have not run out of lives of course. Live scoring can also be seen on your equipment and from the field command screen (field commander is the one running the laptop, a company representative). Try some headshots if you have the accuracy. If you’re good enough you can even cause pass through damage. Creating a squad will be very helpful during some events. We will host events for squads to battle it out against each other in a bracket style tournament. There may even be a prize for the winning team... maybe. Coordinate times for you and your squad to practice though. Typically a squad should be 12 players. Other times a squad will not be necessary and games of less than 24 people can be run. If your squad is practicing, then we can schedule a 6 on 6 match.
“But I don’t have a team.”
That’s fine. Lots have people don’t have many friends. Just register for one of our open sessions and meet new people.
“I’m the meanest, baddest, toughest, roughest, most hard core soldier.”
Ok we got it. Prove it. Your career stats can be tracked in the mobile app that ties into our battle simulation program. Not only will this app make registration and sign in easier when arriving at a game, but you'll also be able to rack up the points to unlock special weapons. Crazy right? If you forget your password, no sweat, we can reset it for your from our computer. If all that wasn't enough for you, then how about the addition of voice comms so you can plan out attacks with your team? This will also allow the entire field to communicate in the lobby channel and the game admin to relay important information back to all players.
“Is this an indoor event?”
No, not yet at least. We are working on it though. The challenge is finding a building large enough to have this. Sure smaller rooms are great for close quarter combat, however some games just need more space. Period. As we expand we will accommodate more than 24 players at a time. The laptop can handle well over 150 people playing at once! Besides, at BattleGround we think outdoor tactical laser tag is a bit more hardcore, but you know some people need the A.C. in South Georgia (we totally understand that actually).
“Does it hurt?”
Well, being shot? No it doesn’t hurt, but could you get hurt while playing? That is a possibility. People sometimes bump into each other, you might slip and land on your face, maybe some scrapes and bruises. But this is war, it happens, get up and keep fighting. We will do everything in our power to ensure no injuries occur, but it is impossible to foresee every possible circumstance. Liability Waivers will absolutely be required. No exceptions. The likelihood of getting hurt is probably not much different than playing regular boring old tag like you did in elementary school. Maybe you still do. We aren’t judging.
