This registration is for the 2026 season! For now direct questions to the original post so Wil can answer your questions there. (We’re still trying to get things switched for him to run this page)

⚽ REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! ⚽

The Optimist Club of Hagerstown Youth Soccer is excited to announce that registration for the 2026 soccer season is officially open!

Youth soccer is available for boys and girls ages 4–16. Whether your child is new to the game or returning for another season, we look forward to seeing them on the field!

📍 In-person registration will also be available during Jubilee Days in Hagerstown on Saturday, August 1.

The season will have 8 weeks of games in September and October, starting September 12th. Practices will start the week of August 31st.

Thank you to everyone who has supported our soccer community!

We wanted to let everyone know that we are in the process of transitioning management of this page to Wil Horton. Please be patient as he gets everything set up and familiarizes himself with managing the page.

It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of our former coach and dear friend, Dean Auker. Dean was more than a coach—he was a mentor, a leader, and a steady presence who cared deeply about his players, this club, and the game itself. His passion for soccer was matched only by his kindness, humility, and the positive impact he had on so many young athletes and families in our community.

Dean’s legacy will live on in the lessons he taught, the lives he shaped, and the countless memories shared on and off the field. He will be truly missed, but never forgotten. Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Dean’s family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.

📢⚽ Fall Soccer Season Update ⚽📢

This Saturday, October 4th, will be our last game of the 2025 fall season! 🎉

We’re excited to share that Southern Fizz will be set up from 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM, serving up their delicious drinks for players, families, and fans to enjoy. 🥤✨

Come cheer on the teams, grab a refreshing drink, and help us wrap up a great season of soccer! ⚽💙

Pictures will be taken on September 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. Please check in with your coach if you’re unsure of your team’s day or time.
