People have the dignity to be valued and accepted for their abilities. The inclusion of all abilities is integral to the growth and prosperity of our community.
Citizens of Hagerstown should raise awareness of the importance of advocating for all abilities and be made aware of the value of people with different abilities.
Our community must actively respect, include, support, and educate to support a community of all abilities.
