It is a very proud day for the 2nd degree black belts testees who broke 2 cinder blocks with their bare hands today with their bodies and minds strengthened through Taekwondo training over the past 7 years. It is a very encouraging and touching process to be able to watch the growth process of a child becoming a teenager while practicing Taekwondo from the side. Today, we can continually feel the bright energy on the faces of the students who are happily practicing Taekwondo.

We would like to inform you again that Elite Taekwondo will be closed on the upcoming Memorial Day, which falls on Monday, May 29th.

Congratulations to the students who passed the 2nd degree Black Belt test last Saturday! We'd like to congratulate the students who have been able to reach the 2nd degree Black Belt by practicing with perseverance, sincerity, dedication, self-control, cooperation, concentration, teamwork and endurance in accordance with the teachings of Master Lee and Dr. Kim over the past six years, maintaining good physical and mental health. We'd like to share the impressions of one of our adult Taekwondo practitioners as follows. "I enjoy seeing my progress along with my classmates; I feel strengthened and empowered, also more mentally at peace; my goal is to not only become black belt but to be able to use my martial arts skills for my well being; I feel more in control of my emotions, decision making and making healthier choices for my physical health."
